How should I wash my blanket?
Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Avoid bleach to keep your blanket looking its best.
Do you offer refunds?
Because every blanket is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, we'll replace or refund items that arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your blanket arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we'll work quickly to make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't entered production, we'll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Can I use more than one photo?
Currently, each blanket is printed with one main photo to ensure the best quality and impact.
How do I personalise my blanket?
Upload your favourite photo, choose your blanket size, and place your order. We'll professionally print your image onto a soft, premium blanket.
What photo quality works best?
For the best results, upload a high-resolution, clear photo. If your image isn't suitable, we'll contact you before printing.
What blanket sizes are available?
We currently offer: Small: 100 × 125 cm, Medium: 125 × 150 cm, Large: 150 × 200 cm
How long does production and shipping take?
We carefully create every personalised blanket just for you. Production takes approximately 2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–4 business days within Australia.
Can I preview my design before it's printed?
Your uploaded photo will be used to create your blanket. If we notice any issues with image quality, we'll contact you before production.
